Once an order is placed, I am unable to cancel it. If there is an issue with an order you recently placed, please email me at armoredjewelry@yahoo.com


I do not accept returns or exchanges but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. I take great time and care in making every single piece I sell. I strive to make sure each of my customers are satisfied with their purchase. Due to the fact that every single item I offer is custom made at the time an order is placed, I'm unable to offer refunds or exchanges. However, I will offer exchanges/repairs if a mistake was made on my part such as wrong ring size, bezel size, or wrong finish. ***NOTE: If a mistake has been made on my part, the customer must contact me regarding exchanges within one day of the tracking showing the package as being delivered. If customer provides wrong information (such as a wrong ring size) and needs the item resized, I may be able to resize the item (repair fee applies). For example: If customer orders a ring and orders the wrong ring size and wants it resized, the customer will have to pay an additional fee to Armored Jewelry to resize since the mistake was made on the customer's part. Please contact Armored Jewelry to get specific resizing fee pricing. *Price for resizing fees will depend on the item. Some items can't be resized due to the process of how they are made and must be remade, so the price for certain resizing will be full price* NOTE: Armored Jewelry will NOT be held responsible for packages that are delayed, returned, lost, or stolen during transit. Once the package leaves my hands, I have absolutely no control over it. Customer will have to contact the United States Postal Service to ask about any possible reimbursement on their part. USPS can be contacted at 1-800-275-8777. Adding shipping insurance when purchasing your order is greatly encouraged.
